: (1) According to rule 8, the department will give notice to the bidders who have been approved by the Government of Nepal specifying the date, time and place for entering into petroleum contract.
(2) If the successful bidder does not come to the petroleum contract within the time mentioned in the notice sent as per sub-rule (1) without reasonable excuse, the Government of Nepal may make an alternative arrangement.
